The physicians of Orthopaedic Specialists have enjoyed providing exceptional orthopaedic care in Gaston County for many years.  Due to unforseen circumstances, our office will be closing on June 6, 2008. 

If you wish to obtain a copy of your medical records prior to June 6th, please notify the office and provide a release form.  Your records will be copies at no charge.   Records after June 6th can be accessed by sending a release to the company listed below.  There will be a nominal fee for this service.
